On Saturday opens an exhibition about Art for Children (pedagogic art projects/public art for schools) at KC-Väst. I am participating with my mural for a the School of Lekstorp (but just a photo of it ... I couldn’t get the school into the gallery). Invitations and posters by me. |

wonderful job, Alexandra!!! powerful image...
excellent- i love the little guy in the middle. great work.
Laura: That little guy wasn't made by me, but by Irene Westholm. He's sitting on one of her film tapes - she is making clay animations with kids. What I did was to ask all the participating artists to submit a tool they work with (and try to be a bit creative in their choice). I then arranged a scene that was supposed to be like we had all been there working and just left it there.
Besides tools with names is very much like in school!
fantastic poster! i wish our country were as focused on art in public schools...
tools with names is like school! a brilliant idea your arrangement... thank you for exposing the thoughts behind it. it is always interesting to see how an artist's mind creates an idea for a visual.
